(3) Website admin and its support staff have not engaged in any agreement between each freelancer (service provider) and their client.

WEBSITE/SERVICE (PRODUCT) USAGE AGREEMENT:
This WEBSITE Usage Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single buyer) and for the SERVICE (PRODUCT) identified above, which includes SERVICE (PRODUCT) provided and may include other associated media, software tools, services, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (hereafter “PRODUCT”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, do not install or use the PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place of purchase for a partial refund or an equivalent substitute .
WEBSITE/PRODUCT LICENSE/USAGE LIMITATION:
The PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The PRODUCT is licensed/granted to use, not sold.
This AGREEMENT grants you the following license/usage rights:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE/USAGE on using Product:
You may install and use ONLY one copy of the PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. (The primary user of the computer on which the PRODUCT is installed for his or her exclusive use.)
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS included but not limited to the following:
(1) Not for Resale Product: You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the PRODUCT.
(2) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
(3) Separation of Components: The PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
(4) Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, PRODUCT provider may terminate this AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
3. GRANTED COPYRIGHT/USAGE:
All title and relevant copyrights in and authorized to produce the PRODUCT, the accompanying documentation materials, and any copies of the PRODUCT are owned by PRODUCT provider and each relevant software/tool owner(s). The PRODUCT is protected by each individual copyright law and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You do not own all copyrights except the usage of using this PRODUCT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCT provider AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRODUCT SUPPLIER OR ITS REPRESENTATIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR ANY USAGE FAILURE DUE TO SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF PRODUCT SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LIABILITY.
